According to me if chief justice and 4 senior most judges of supreme court give there recommendation to president for appointment of new judge! So why they don’t include judges of high court because the person which now they are appointing as a judge earlier he worked in high court as a judge or as a advocate?? So in future there should be need of amendment in our constitution for consultation of high courts 🫡

Sir I have a doubt. You said that no emminent lawyer has been appointed as a Judge by the President till date. But Justice P. S. Narasimha, appointed as Supreme court Judge in August 2021 was not a judge of any high court. Was he not appointed by the President?
