Yes it is! The majority of Electric Works is still under construction, but Union Street Market is open, Amp Lab is open (for students), and a few commercial tenants have moved in so far.

@@living_in_the_2606 I know I was teasin. I’d say give it time though. I recommend checking out American Tobacco Campus in Durham, NC. This EW project is using that as the model and there’s a ton of awesome stuff going on there now. Union Street is only the beginning. My mother in law lives in ATC so I’ve been many times. I think the entire area will transform and investors will feel increasing more comfortable investing capital in the area.
