​@@Manish_bharti231 sir I have rechecked from Google. In punjab total MLA seats are 117 and no. of ministers 15 which is more than 10%. But there are special provisions for Delhi govt for which it is max 10%

@@rajangupta19675 I know about but you says about whole states but Delhi is not considered in this because it have special status with the provision of Article 239AA(4) says that the strength of council of ministers is not exceed by 10% or 0.1 members of total. According to 91st CAA of 2003 includes article 75(1A) says that the Total number of ministers including PM in Council shall not exceed by 15% and not minimum by 12 members but it applies only on all States NOT to Union territories.

@@Manish_bharti231 totally agree but what was the logic of discrimination against Delhi by not providing 15% or 12 w.e is less.Dont you think by increasing the number of ministers in NCR , work would be handled efficiently and with less burden on existing ministers
