For the slope on the hill their riding position is all wrong, Handlebars need to be angled more over the front wheel, and the foot pegs slightly higher and to the rear more, So on the Start line you are lying down as if on a dragbike but the as you start up the hill your more in a standing upright position keeping the center of gravity low and more weight over the front wheel......
