Everyone seems to think that fame fell into Yibo’s hands cause he was in the Untamed. But people don’t realize that the Untamed was a relatively low budget series and the BL undertone made many better known actors not even consider the part. Yibo worked hard to get casted and was absolutely wonderful in the show (actually the entire cast was fabulous). He deserves his fame. RESPECT ✊.

Yibo now has become top 10 most famous male celebrities in China while other members are unheard of and they had to join some programs as contestants meanwhile Yibo is the judge/captain for similar shows. To me Woodz has the perfect amount of fame, enough to write, perform, and pursue his love of music and have a passionate fanbase, but not so much that his privacy is infringed. Poor Yibo has completely lost his freedom since his fame exploded, though of course I'm really happy for him. Wenhan is doing well for an idol and trends pretty often on Chinese social media, his time is coming! Yixuan is always working hard and I really hope he gets recognized for it, but no luck yet. Hoping Sungjoo gets better luck after he returns from the military this year. I'm rooting for the 2 older kids to also find their place!

I do think that Untamed shouldve been on the list tho, it was a risk that he took and altho he also suffered for it, it was his big break.

it's crazy, I'm not a new kpop fan, been one for more than 10 years, but I needed this video to put pieces together. I mean, I liked eoeo by uniqe and knew other songs by them, still remember that there was one guy in particular that caught my attention in 'falling in love' video: Yibo that is (somehow I picked him as soon as I saw the video as my favourite -lovely blonde guy-: first impression you know 😉) but other than these I didn't pay that much attention to them. I fell in love with woodz's song: love me harder, then The Untamed came along with Yibo, crazy that they are the guys from this group. I should dive into kpop more. 😏 should learn more about groups

When I see struggling friends....it hurts...I was surprised when Wenhan debuted for second time .... but I salute Lay Zhang for recognizing him and showing his concern and appreciating Wenhans talent....I have observed Lay got so happy to motivate and support Wenhan. Lay hardly got close to anyone after his comeback from korea...here he was smiling, expecting to be Wenhan to join him, teaching him him. I'm a pre-debut fans of uniq, before members been introduced, I already knew yibo as back dancer for Hangeng. Hangeng introduce him. Then yuehua ent post their pic each one of them, I remembered the prince outfit. Then the rest I just fall in love with them. Eoeo was the song that will make them on the spot but they didn't win against BTS 1st win. 😢 Everyone have their fate, if BTS didn't win uniq win and will be recognise. Since then it's hard journey for them.....

I like Woodz the most of the 5 members. He is a great dancer, rapper and song producer.💖 It's Okay and Feel Like are the best. Yibo is very competitive that makes him cool. At time he's very rude which could be total turn off, but people are intrusive and want to take advantage of him, so I find his rudeness necessary to give him space, safety, and a private life.👌

@@lianmawii The China ban is an excuse cause their lack of promotion started in mid 2015. That's when they started to do solo gigs and then Yibo went to DDU in Jan 2016. It was obv. that the group was not going to last with or without the ban as it was way before it. Everything Chinese/South Korean related around that time gets this treatment, but the way Yuehua manages their other groups is very telling. Nex7 promotions didn't last very long either and they are all doing a lot of solo gigs now, if you count the Cosmic Girls Chinese member you`ll see the pattern. The `debut Idols then turn them into actors` seems to be their MO. It`s sad I don't think they had a future anyway.

saying the other 4 members are practically unheard of is quite an uninformed thing to say tbh? pretty sure WOODZ is doing remarkably well over in the kpop circle as a soloist (his discography is just *chef's kiss*) and although Wenhan is not as insanely popular as Yibo he's established a sizable fanbase and his own lil corner in the cpop industry either as an idol (having just released his first solo EP) or as an actor with a sprinkling of variety show appearances and brand endorsements. it's true that Yixuan and Sungjoo weren't as lucky in their escape from yuehua's basement (still waiting to find out what YH intends to do with Sungjoo now that he's done with his military service...) but as long as one takes a look around once in a while it'll be pretty obvious that the cpop industry is not just limited to The Two that made it big from the Untamed and the other 4 members are also working hard and getting exposure in their own ways :')

The impact The Untamed had for worldwide viewers and members of the LGBT+ community were astronomical, everything about CQL is amazing the probs, the stage production, the acting.... so, it's hard for me to understand why it's was not mentioned, it's one of Yibo's greatest accomplishments and the main reason why he is so popular in the acting community and won all of these awards at his young age. Other than that, he also acted in Legend of Fei, this drama that Yibo had a main role in is amazing and was not lacking in production recourses... everything about this drama, the cast and their acting skills dominated, chief's kiss. 🦁🐰 ALSO, I'm just speaking in acting... you did not even put 1% of Yibo's accomplishments he made since UNIQ, how he was a host in the popular variety show 'Day Day Up' and he was also in the variety shows 'One More Try'. How in 2019, he won the double round D class at the ARRC Asian Road Motorcycle Championships. As of 2021 Yibo is the spokesperson for over 31 different brands, and how is net worth is over 100 million RMB... Some other drama's he played in which are extremely popular are 'Unexpected Love' and the drama 'Love Actually'. What I have said does not evem cover 50% of Yibo's jaw dropping successful career, the list goes on, there are so many other television series and films he was in that I did not mention, that proves how impressive his career is since UNIQ, anyways these are just things that I think you should add to the video... no hate towards you or anything like that. To be honest Yibo needs a separate video on his own to express how amazing his accomplishments are.

Am wondering what happened to each and every member of the group except Yibo who has managed to make his name known through hard work and perseverance. I felt sad because they could have been that well known all over the world if they hadn't disbanded. I miss this group. I wish they can be together for once.
