I'm not sure why you say it is not perfect. Butterflies are admired for their Color not the precise shape because they come in many shapes and design. I love how your colors came together, it is so beautiful. I think you did an amazing job, hard to believe it was your first time. You should be very proud of it.

I have personally tried this technique several times and it is not easy at all!!! No matter how thin of a base you start with you still end up with excess to remove. I have tried it using all colors involved at the same consistency and still cannot get the total hang of it!! Gemma is a master at this technique and yet makes look soooo easy!

I’ve never managed to keep a chain pull - they sell very quickly! Mine are always flowers and I’ve learned such a lot making them. I love the colours of yours, I will have to explore more. As a jeweller I have dozens of chains to play with. You can use a straw if you end up with too much paint in the middle. Just don’t suck too hard and make sure you put your finger over the top when you move the straw over the other paint. STUNNING! It’s a difficult chain pull for your first attempts, but you sure carried it off!

G'day, Olga! Kudos! ♥🌹♥ Wow! The chain pull is an awesome method of painting. Unusual to see such a restrictive and regimented way of moving the colours from ♥ you, but the end result is just absolutely incredible! Your background has a beautiful blending of the base colours, and these set the painting up for a most definitive contrasting butterfly to come through! Absolutely mind-blowing! Thank you for sharing. See you in the next one ♥🌹♥

@AndrewPotts19624 жыл бұрын
❤️@@OlgaSoby Hello, Olga❤️. I have always enjoyed trying different artistic pursuits as, and when, they presented themselves. I was introduced to photography when I was 5, and have been madly in love it, right through to today♥. I have tried painting a few times and really enjoyed it, but for the last 9 years, I concentrated on trying 2d & 3d computer animations, which was a real blast. From the end of 2019, I started to make my own cold porcelain clay, and I have developed a small family of creatures♥. I am currently writing scenes they will be featured in, within a "Stop-Motion" style of computer animation which also encompasses my digital photography, much along the lines of "Shaun The Sheep", and "Wallace & Grommit". This is also called Claymation. So, I guess the short answer would be "Yes, I am an artist". Sorry to ramble on, but I enjoy our conversations so much that I don't want to give a plain, short, "Yes" or "No" answer. Stay well n' stay safe ❤️🌹❤️
