I hope places like this continue to thrive. They're doing things the old school way by cooking on those little burners with charcoal. And, everything looks wonderfully delicious too. The claypot rice dishes and the soups. They even remove the casing from the Chinese sausage so that they are more aesthetically appealing. Nobody would do that at home, really.

Think the casing prevents/reduces the oily flavour from getting into the rice, greatly enhancing its taste. Never thought about this. Ingenius idea,,,,willl copy it in future.
