Ingredients:
Kaju Gathiya (Gram flour-based crispy snacks)
Cashews, soaked and blended into a smooth paste
Onion, finely chopped
Tomato, finely chopped
Ginger-garlic paste
Green chilies, slit
Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Red chili powder
Coriander powder (Dhania)
Garam masala
Salt, to taste
Oil, for cooking
Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
