Unique Local Addressing (ULA) in IPv6 Enterprise Networks

There are 2 reasons for it I can think of. If you have an ISP that doesn't provide a static prefix, then you can use it for consistent local addresses. Also, you might want a subnet that can never communicate with the Internet, even without firewall rules.
