Apartments like this will sell easily.. people want to be in Monaco for one thing. The tax system.. so they'll buy into an apartment for 2 or 3 million just so they can claim they live there for 160 days+

You can move from one room to the other room from 1 foot to 2 feet is a Japanese toilet we know the Japanese they know how to make great shitters. If you gonna talk about the Japanese toilet, tell us what it does. I guess the seat heated does it make you coffee can you play pong on it? 😊
