Apartments like this will sell easily.. people want to be in Monaco for one thing. The tax system.. so they'll buy into an apartment for 2 or 3 million just so they can claim they live there for 160 days+

Absolutely gorgeous, but flat for that money is rubbish..Could buy a small place somewhere nice in the world for half a million and live of the intrest on the rest ,would not want to be in that environment.
