introduction of settlement and commitment any concerned party against whom inquiry has been initiated for contravention of Companies Act 2002 after the receipt of the director general such party can approach to cci for settlement before the passing of final order . the concerned may also take commitment for modification after the inquiry has been initiated and before the submission of report of director general.

1 if it is the opinion that combibnation have or likely to have an appriciable adverse effect on competioton cci may issue an statement of objection. 2 the concered party shall give explation within 45 days as the combination is not likelt to adversly effect the combination 3 the concerned party may approach to cci with suitable modification 4 limitation period 3 years 5 appeal to nclt in 60 days but 75% of money must be deposited as imposed by cci
