I would have never imagined a successful band in this genre coming out of Brockton MA. If your from MA Brockton is a familiar name. Poverty , drug issues, gangs, and all around a tough place to be in. It’s incredibly cool to know these guys came from there. Metal isn’t a huge part of the culture out that way so this stands out immensely 🤘🏻 props to these guys for the insane drumming, filthy vocals, slaying guitar and bass work. Being 25 minutes away from these guys is cool to think about

@ican i think it was inteded on both cases. both bands reasling albums they don't take an approach where every song is heavy or every song is so melodic.. they have to add variation. I do bet in the coming Worm S album you will get what you ask for in a very heavy way.

For me Worm Shepherd is a fine combination of Shrine of Malice and Lorna Shore incorporating elements of their own. Musical differences are bigger than people may think at first. To my surpise I think I was one of the 1st 3 to grab a copy on Bandcamp so it's nice to see a growing fanbase and acknowledgement for your skills 🤘🏻🖤

I feel like I have a reason to choose to listen to this instead of Lorna, Mental Cruelty, or The Breathing Process now. Devin's enunciation is much better, and his tone is more unique too. This is coming from the perspective of someone who have never much cared for deathcore and am far from versed with its sound, hell I had to look up whats to call this music I can certainly respect it for what it is, passion and energy and I have much respect for the craft I wanted to get that out of the way before I delivered my thoughts I have been listening to this for a few days and I am astounded how beautiful this is. The pure down right emotion this pulls is stelar. I much enjoy orchestral/symphonic music and the blend here is undeniably legendary. The love of both styles of the metal and symphony meshing is incredible. The beauty and grace of the strings and piano clash so hard with the rage and energy of the vocals, guitars, and drums. As different as these worlds are, they are driven by the same fuel, one undying flame that drives these colliding forces at the same velocity, passion. The passion behind both forces forms such a beautiful blend and I am blown away, swept away by the beautiful tones of the symphony and driven to pure energy by the metal, absolutely beautiful, amazing work.
