Health informatics is the study of information and information systems in healthcare such as electronic health records, clinical decision support systems, laboratory information systems and more. Hi Ammar, you might be able to do an elective module on informatics during your degree or intercalate with an informatics course. There are also post-graduate degrees and in some countries their are specialist societies and colleges such as facultyofclinicalinformatics.org.uk in the UK or AMIA in the US: www.amia.org.
