New mortar tree unit: mobile mortar Basically the APC but with a mortar tube in it and same armor and movement tiles as APC and same dog as mortar.

Im quite sure that is no longer possible, it probably was because at the release of 4.6 artillery units such as mortar were stupidly overpowered due to reworks in damage calculations, thats has been patched now tho

Uh it actually still can do 10 dmg to battle tanks, especially on roads. If the mortar had any veterancy it can also do up to 10 dmg
