I have a question which iam looking for a correct answer. In RCC Structure some engineers may release secondary beam during modeling in software and some they say it is not correct to release the secondary beam,now i would like to know is it allowed to release the secondary rcc beam?

yes allowed. but depends on reinforcement anchorage.
