I think Toho was pissed off that people said g54 wasn’t good (because g54 is their favourite) so they made him super OP on purpose because they wanted g54 to be really good.

Once they have the levels, I feel like he will replace people's Destroyah slot in their decks. One less energy for only slightly lower stats, but with AoE, and total immunity to pretty much everything, and no need to evolve.

As far as I'm aware he's immune to everything except for damage down and healing.

I really wanna get him, but they've locked him behind walls that make it nearly impossible to get him for players that don't pay often or at all. All I know is that I won't spend a single mat until I get him.
