Last time when there was seasonal tokens, if you didn't spend your seasonal tokens, it will be converted to blue tokens where the maximum amount that you can receive was 2000 blue tokens.

60 is the maximum level. we already have 18 now, so i think there will be 42 new, up to 60 total
