When you came on and started explaining things, my parrot jumped on my shoulder and just wanted all of the beak rubs, but once the meditation started, he was still and silent for the duration. For whatever reason I wasn't notified about this meditation. However, I felt very drawn to participating and excited about doing it so I did it on my own at the specified time.
