Have fun on your flight. In my personal opinion, that seat was the best on the plane because of the bulkhead location, you’re closer to the door for exiting the plane and you get more foot well space.

Great vid. Understand the minimized service due to Covid, however, notice small changes to the meal servixe that downgraded the overall product IMO. 1) why not serve the covered cold nuts with the initial drink service and not on the main tray after the drinks are already served? 2) why can't the buns in oven safe wrapping be heated up for the dinner (otherwise it's rock hard). Thoughts?

I agree that things definitely could be better. A lot of airlines (not just United) are using COVID as an excuse for cost cutting. Reducing service doesn’t make things more COVID safe. You gave a perfect example with the nuts because there is no post-departure snack or a pre-departure beverage.
