10:41 Filipinos can speak understand and write American English. There is no need for Filipino language translation of PA instructions on board. It’s almost insulting to have to do so. Contrary to Philippine patriotic beliefs, there is no less Filipino nationalism if English is purely spoken in the nation. It’s a superior characteristic of Filipinos over any Asian country and should take pride in such.
