Whats the sound that accelerates before the engine throttle up while aligning onto the runway

Could have been an ECS fan or something to do with cabin pressurization. These jets have so many functions that only occur at certain states: on ground with engines on/off, in air at idle/above idle/above 80%, on ground above 50%. The B-787's cabin pressurization is electric/electronic.

Nice video, love the visual the sound of the Jet engine and the takeoff roll are exciting, but the crying of babies ruin it for me, damn babies, thank goodness I've never had any of those things

That’s why I haven’t flown in years. You pay the airlines a fortune for seats and baggage fees. Then your packed on the plane like sardines and before you even leave the gate there’s already a kid crying who continues to cry during the whole flight until you land at your destination and taxi to the gate. No thank you.
