Munoz's initial public reaction was how he really thought about his customers. That they are just rubbish. Now he squirms because he was caught out. What really should happen with this creep is that he is sacked and never again employed by the American business world. His attitude is exactly how non event people in power approach the world.

Mr Munoz is honest. David Dao is a gambling man, who played his last poker and he wins UA. This situation is not the same in Asia.
