United Airlines EMBARRASSING Polaris Business Class | Seoul to San Francisco

I flew with United Airlines Boeing 787-9 in Polaris Business Class from Seoul Incheon to San Francisco. Before booked this flight, I had 3 options, Asiana(ICN-SFO), ANA(NRT-SFO), UNITED(ICN-SFO). I’ve already had many flights with ANA and Asiana Business class, so I chose UNITED this time for my first experience with their Polaris Business class.
The seat was great. But unfortunately, service wasn’t good, the food on United was disappointing for a long-haul international business class flight.

샌프란시스코에 갈 때, 유나이티드항공, ANA(도쿄 경유), 아시아나항공의 비즈니스 중 고민이 되었습니다. ANA, 아시아나항공은 많이 타 봤기에, 고민 끝에 유나이티드항공 폴라리스 비즈니스석을 선택했습니다. 좌석은 아주 넓지는 않았지만, 수납공간도 괜찮았고 나쁘지 않았습니다. 하지만, 장거리 비즈니스석임에도 불구하고 메뉴가 없고... 기내식도 한 트레이에 한꺼번에 나와서 당황했습니다. 심지어 디저트가 치즈나, 과일, 케이크가 아닌... 300원 정도 단가인 초코파이가 나왔네요. 비즈니스석 디저트가 초코파이라니... 많이 아쉽고 실망스러운 비행이었네요.
