Thank you for being honest with your comments. All airlines have opportunities to better their product. I have had the opportunity to take many nonstop flights of this type to/from Hawaii with other carriers. I have seen huge differences between each one. Each carrier has their unique corporate style and image but United has some opportunities to improve their complete company package. Thank you for your reviews.

Thanks for another objective review. I "get it" that most passengers today just want to go from point A to point B at the most economical fare. It seems to me that the airlines are missing a great marketing tool if they would emphasize the destination they are flying to and adjust the service for that location. Hawaiin does a good job of setting an "Hawaiin atmosphere" on board giving passengers a taste and feel that they are actually going to a unique place and it will be fun, relaxing and enjoyable. Naturally, this type of service is something one would hope to see in the First/Business Class cabin. Maybe I am just an old timer that misses the "excitement and adventure" of flying to a basically "exotic" destination. 🤣. Take care and have a great week.

It's ironic they offered masks and handwipes when you boarded (at least I think that's what they were) but your tray table on the left had marks from a glass that obviously wasn't wiped down before your flight. Or who knows HOW long it had been there?
