So at 4:27 what they were doing was checking the electric driven hydraulic pumps, they are the backup in case the engine driven hydraulic pumps fail. You’ll usually hear them before the first flight, or when they taxi on one engine.

The CA usually does this before passengers are onboard first flight of the day. It’s just a hydraulic check. Also not sure what the pilot was doing with the reversers there, you’re not supposed to use them at low speeds.
