I qualify for the Dual complete plan but my question is will I get charged a monthly premium after the first year I heard this does happen I heard it's a nightmare and they shave off benefits after the first year too I'm trying to find reviews what customers say about this plan but I can't find it nowhere if anybody knows where that link is appreciate it thank you very much

THEY IGNORE MY HIPPAA RIGHTS. THEY IGNORE MY CIVIL RIGHTS. I would not be surprised if this company is buying life insurance policies on the disabled and special needs people so they cash in when we all DIE. I would not be surprised at all. ZERO GOVERNMENT OVERSITE ON WHAT THIS COMPANY IS DOING TO PEOPLE.

Yes I'm with you they give you the dual plan and the website don't work ,the number to call them is wrong ,every doctor they say is on the plan none if them take it ,the website has been down for one week now !

Then Benaldina, perhaps you do not subscribe to a Duly Incomplete policy and happen to live in a zip code where in-network providers do not exist! Why on earth do they sell a D-SNP policy to disabled folks with Medicare eligibility where covered services turn out to not exist within the 50 mile transportation benefit, HMMM?!
