If INEOS' strategic review is worth anything, while ETH is culpable for some of this fiasco, the focus should be on the squad and the medical team and crap recruitment. There does appear to be a lack of togetherness and team spirit amongst the players. We spend massive on players tearing it up elsewhere and they fail, we sell them or loan them and they generally do better at another club. @@Matt-ou7tu He couldn't pick Mount, Licha, or Malacia for most or all of the season, everyone knew Eriksen was on a timer, Casemiro's fall-off is unprecedented and unexpected, Evans is obviously old, and Hojlund is young but not nearly good enough yet. The "flops" are Antony and Onana (some would argue Onana's not, I think he is). 2/9 isn't that bad of a ratio tbh (not counting the 6 loans). Even Pep's City has had some flops in the past couple of years and they've got one of the best structures and the best manager in the world. ETH can't possibly do it all on his own and he still didn't even do *that* poorly. Calm it with the "bad talent ID" agenda. lol
