USA needs to improve their spirit and learn what a foul is. Play the game as intended in the rules. 47:15 is a good example.

Considering they won the spirit award this tournament, I think they’re doing alright. On that particular play, you can definitely see the arm extend to push the USA player back. Nobody’s perfect, but imo this was a fairly clean game.
