Interesting watching him get gnarlier as he got older. Never was a fan of his style at all, but the 2008 to 2017 era for all was a bit stale in bmx imo. Nathan's latest riding is truly on another level, well done to him!

@@FIVECENTFISH sports and social attitudes towards them have changed hugely since i've been riding (98/99 i think). I'd happily sit in the 90s or even 80s era of bmx where skateparks were few and the internet wasn't a thing. It was a time where progression appeared endless in bike technology and tricks, all be it slow in the 80s. Now media is spammed, riders are often socially awkward to each other, props doesn't exist, bike shops in UK are struggling, park and street getting further divided, vert is dying off, skateparks are filled with families in the UK. Social and economic issues have played a part. I still love riding, but generally prefer previous generations from talking to other older (than me) riders
