Greetings...I have that application...could you tell me how to lower the volume of the sound or jingle that occurs when changing programs...in reality I hear it very annoying and the sound makes me dizzy...What are the settings that appear in the application...it says new setting and current setting...when using this setting does it erase what the doctor did in the office?

Hi there, please visit your hearing care provider. They can change the volume of the alerts, program and VC change sounds and other beeps. It’s not something that you can do yourself in the app and it can’t be done via Remote Adjust at this point.
