What's the lowest octane I can run on your flex fuel tune? Can I run 87 Octane or do I have to do a custom tune? Also how will the mpi fuel rail kit work? I need a custom tune as well for that? Asking for MK8 GTI and any news on TCU tune ? My GTI was manufactured in May 2022 so I think I got the second version of DSG.

@@W0LV1E45 Hi there, we don't offer 87 octane tunes for this platform and our FLEX calibrations will support 91 octane to full E85 and 93 octane to full E85. No custom tuning required, the ECU will adapt according to what fuel is in the tank. As far as MPI goes, the increased fueling will be critical once we surpass Stage 2 power levels for the GTI and want to run full E85 in the MK8 R / 8Y S3. You're likely on the newer TCU bootloader '401' type which is still locked although we are working on an alternative solution which will allow you to enjoy a full torque experience without transmission tuning for now.

Hi Team. I have a 2018 rs3 unitronic stage 2 e85 and wanting to go with uniflex. Will I have to replace my current tune for this?? Thanks

Correct, you can run this without a fuel pump upgrade.
