I already have some that go over the basics! I would take more then hour + long video to really show you how to create a model sometimes it can take others day to make one. Its all about practicing and being patient with the result of your work! You can ask in our help server!

I already have in my server, you just turn them on and off in your animations.

I stayed away from VCC as long as I could. :( I'm wondering about older packages(tools) that still work but haven't been updated in forever. Will they still work?

Wow, I migrated my first project and its nothing in the Hierachy but the normal camera and light stuff. Guess we need to save the scene first.

You will just need to open your saved scene, the default scene always loads first.
