Thanks, this save me after realising that I need to ignore transforms for an end bone on my avi's "tail" as that stopped it from moving.

Haha yes I am aware I say it incorrectly, I am dyslexic and tend to have issue saying certain words so I gave up a long time ago.

for some reason my tail is stiff? i have a tail/ears, i add the component, and then nothing moves, no matter what i change, im not even sure what im asking, everyone skims over exactly how it all works im using vroid, converted vrm, do i have to rename armature things to have "root" and "bone" in them?? the tail is called "J_Sec_Hair1_01" and then each part is named _02, _03, etc each one in its own little drop down thingy, tail has 9 bones i guess, but only the 1 part is moving?

When I move my model on unity they don't move the rest of the physics, It was like if there is no bones but when I enter the game I can see the moving D:

I was able to get to this part but mine doesn't show the white lines in the proper area for the skirt I'm rigging and I don't seem to have a skirt base like you do

I think the bones have to be already part of the model. You have to add them in Blender in order to see them in Unity.

how do you optimize physbones? im talking like, adding phys bones to every hair piece without exceeding the Quest set limit of 8 PhysBones.

I NEVER tell people to put phys bones on each strand regardless if its pc or quest because its unoptimized and messy. For example if you have a hair with bangs and long hair I normally will put the bang bones under a empty called "bangs" and the long hair under another empty. On the empty (They are the parent) Ill put 1 phys bone component and that along will control all the children bones under it.

Make sure you watch the whole video! I go over everything including seeing the bones, and fixing them not moving as well.

What do you mean by the bones don't work? Like the physbones, or your models bones.
