the weird enemy ragdolls might be caused by the rigidbodies going to sleep im not sure though, you only need to wright one line of code to keep them awake.

i actually have the same soldier you have but fully animated, you should of at least put some animations to it if you could.. it would look cooler do. eigther way nice job. i like the random ragdoll going crazy.
