I’ll be there next week for the weekend Informer! Staying at Sapphire Falls for the first time. I can’t wait! I have reservations at Strong Water Tavern. I may venture to Amatista for their breakfast buffet.

I had chicken noodle soup & that bread service for dinner 1 night! Could have eaten that every night! 😅 & those arepas are delicious too! I use a knife & fork to remove the shrimp tails but agree they should only be served on shrimp cocktail!

Back when I ate shrimp, my mom taught me to cut the tails off with a knife if I was served a dish with the tails on. You could maybe try that? I think chefs sometimes leave them on for flavor or something.

I've been waiting on someone else to confirm the cheesecake was vegan. I got the cheesecake to-go and I tasted it but my husband ate the rest. I had the Toothsome Shake for dessert. I was so skeptical because the menu changes happened during my trip so it wasn't in my vegan pre-planning. Edit: the cheesecake was pretty good. The Right Side Up milkshake from Toothsome was better. Would get either one again.

That's not Arepas. You want Arepas just go cruise down 436 towards airport. I've had best Arepas there.
