A modern take on the ancient Chinese "Double arc" shield from the Warring states period? Chinese troops used the cut outs to rest spears on. I think some of the terracotta warrior statues are shown with this type of shield. Pretty cool to see a modern use for it.

Already know this is gotta be Level III well done and finally somebody did it right ? Prefer to use the MP-5 or UMP-45 with ours.

Are that class 3 or 4 shields?

They are class "enough" let's say. They resist .338 LM, multi shot, if I'm not mistaken. They also make ballistic plates with the same ratings (.338 survivable) and they weigh less than half of a ceramic one.
