Not sure if you have tried Steakhouse 71 in the Contemporary, but they have one of my favorite pork chops ever! 14oz dry aged Pork Chop w 1 side and 1 sauce for $30. As a chef I believe they have some of the best food for the price inside the Disney bubble!
