11:05 Im 90% sure this is the hold skill bug that works with moves like crimson pillar or Venoms geyser. From what I know it only works on pc (sorry mobile players). To do the glitch, you have to hit the windows button while holding a skill. It only works on a few select moves and honestly I dunno why he's gatekeeping cause It's really not that crazy, but I'm still 90% sure he's gonna delete this comment so uh, you should probably screenshot it.
