Cheers, Monish The Plan Suddenly between nothing and nothingness, I was mystified by the strands of my thoughts that bubbled up and predicted my path, for a while, The pulsating energy exploded from within rendering all visible and my heart transparent. All was forgiven and more was understood. Alas, My Angel of my paths (history)was concerned at my sublimating path and whisked me back into this life-world through her enchanting beauty. In this life, every path is like a broken record that gives me clues but never lets me undress my future. I remain thirsting for more… And yet cynical and analytical I become. Questioning and then rejecting most things as ordinary, and try to become less ordinary through the spheres of becoming Where do I go next, what do I do to entangle my path with the infinity I lived? I don’t know and maybe, just maybe, that is the Plan.

Holy cow, this is almost identical to what happened to me. even the part about realized beings staring at you to understand what occurred to you (didn't know that's what it was until i saw this video.) Forgive me for the lenghty post but i haven't really had anyone to talk about this experience that occurred..one night about a year and a half ago, i was meditating. My youtube algorithm kept feeding me vids of masters talking about "touching" or "awakening" the spine. So in my meditation that night, i thought "what's the hype with this awakening the spine stuff, what does that even mean"..so i tried to focus on the spine and as i did, it's like a force started pulling me deeper and deeper. I kept going deep to the point where it felt like i actually "touched" the spinal thread, and once i did, the thread began to glow..shortly after, a very agressive ball of energy started going up and down my spine, moving in perfect alignmnent with my inhalation and exhalation..i was freaking out as i didn't know what was happening. I opened my eyes and that agressive energy kept moving up and down, which freaked me out even more since i started thinking it was permanent. I started shaking my self in attempt to chase it away and it finally left me..i sat back down, wondering just what the hell had just happened. maybe about 20mins later, something else started creeping up my spine, except this time instead of being violent and agressive, it was extremely smooth, almost like a single drop of water flowing upwards..It went smoothly and completely undisturbed from the bottom of my spine all the way to the top of my head..as it reached the top of my head and i maintained my awareness there, things got crazy! I somehow found myself in the middle of a vast, dark and empty universe ( i've since read various books that call this the dark void) and somehow me (i guess i was in the state of awareness at the time? but it was unmistakable that this awareness was me) and this dark void began to merge..literally i was merging with dark empty space. It's crazy even thinking about it now, because space is really nothing in nature, how does one merge with nothingness? and yet this was a real and extremely powerful experience. it was as though i was either dying or going completely insane..the intense fear along with all the thoughts that krept up caused my to run away from that 'merging' process that was taking place before it could complete. Like you, after that experience, i began to do tons of research about my experience. I desperately needed an explanation. and many articles and vids did that. But none better than a video i ran into from SRI M who was giving a talk about understanding kriya yoga. He talked about how the central practice in kriya was to take something called a bindu up and down the spine to clean up the sushumna channel, and once this channel is cleared of all muck and past life impressions, the kundalini energy would be cleared to flow upwards..literally exactly what had occurred to me, just without the practice..After seeing that video, I thought Kriya Yoga is definitely my path..I eventually signed up for initiation by him..but another weird experience happened when he saw me. he was initiating a group of about 300 people. When we were all outside for a tea break, there was a congregation of hundreds of people around him just staring at him as he was sitting down drinking his tea..then when I began to walk towards him to join the tea line that was beside him, he raised his hand with a big smile once he saw me as if he'd just seen as long lost friend, but his hand slowly came down and his smile faded and he continued to stare intensely at me, not reacting to my smile at all. he was staring at my eyes but it's like i wasn't there, as if he was looking through me. then he turned back to his tea and took a sip.. I finally reached the line, and once again he completely turned to his left and gave the same blank, focused stare to my eyes as if he was perplexed by what he had seen. It was the first time i felt as though someone was looking at my soul.. this happened 5 months ago but to this day, i replay that, wondering just what he had seen in me..this video kinda of helped me get some closure on that. But now i'd love to know what these next stages you spoke about are. I've tried countless amounts of times to replicate that experience to no avail, even with my daily kriya practice. At times i feel as though I ran away from a once in a lord knows how many lifetimes opportunity, because I believe if i'd allowed that merging to complete, that would've been the end of my seeking, i would've been enlightened. At least according to all the books/talks about the topic which seem to indicate this. Yet I can't even get to samadhi as of now (although every now and then, i get pretty 'deep' in my meditations.) I must also say that as a result of my practice, i certainly do feel the sensitivity growing and growing as the weeks and months go by as you also stated, but Is there anything else that i can/should be doing to progress to further stages? any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I had the same question. If you get the transmission of shaktipat and start Kriya yoga for awhile, and then die before awakening the kundalini.. do you need to get another initiation and transmission in the next life? Interesting question!

It is called Prana Kundalini it is like when an electric shock surges through. Your body is not used to it. Ground yourself (earth yours self) though Muladhara by clenching your butt and chanting LAM (lum)

Keval Kumbukh comes naturally after deep third eye meditation and you can do it too by staring at the Ajna Kshetra - the cavity between the eyebrows and the nose bridge while breathing. Stare there and chant Hum on the ina and Sah on the out silently. Then do it in silence. Then hold your breath on the in and hold on the out. Then keeping your focus on the Ajna, keep breathing and you will soon suspend all breathing.

As the Kundalini has awakened then can it be said that; why the beej mantra of Mooadhar is LAM? Why there has to be a beej mantra at all? Kundalini only awakens by Guru"s grace which is impossible to find . There is no such Guru at this moment publicly available. Such Guru was there till 2016. Awakening of kundalini and experiencing Kundalini are not the same. By consistent practice there can be various experiences but that is not awakening. Awakening of kundalini is not all there happens multiple dikshas to open up the Granthis and lot of Tapas is necessary at every stage

All confusion vanished in seconds. I realised that I have to start learning not from books but from divine. Chakras can be accessed from two ways. Divine reveals all and the secret of beej mantras gradually. 🌹
