If you analyze the data of their line distribution in each team, it is always Park Han, JL and Woongki who have 20-30% of the lines and the rest are shared among the 6 members. I'm a fan of both teams and my opinion is that each team have REAL SINGERS. (even in TB and TR too, don't sleep on them, it is just that in Team R, majority of them can't sing in Korean😅) HMMM So you are saying here that TG are the REAL SINGERS of the show (only) right? Probably your basis is because TG can sing with handmics, something that we didn't see in TB and TR. But did you see the fan cams of JL in their mall shows tho? That dude can sing and dance and can even harmonize with his members in PLUUS (his group) while doing their choreo and so is Park Han with the Siren Cover in the 1st mission. Their duet is amazing as well as both of them are praised "EQUALLY" by vocal coach reactors, saying Park Han's voice is strong and powerful while JL' s voice is soulful and his vocal techniques and gymnastics are his asset. Honestly these two are the only contestants graded with the C category in singing and the rest are in Category D or below (some are even ranked as NOT SINGERS) And second point, the show is looking for IDOLS and IDOLS are required to sing while executing choreos and dance at the same time. Sad that a mentor's specialization is applied and taught to his team only, but realistically in order for them to grow holistically they need to learn from each mentors. Each contestants need to learn Vocal techniques from Chang sub, deliver extreme performances from WayV etc and I think this is something that the show is lacking. Instead we get fan wars from both teams tho🤣 and me as a TG and TR enjoyer this fan war is the hardest for us😅

What was the other thing interesting about this team? Only 2 members came from original Main Team, 2 from Bench, 3 from Trading. In term of previous member ranks, 4 from Main and 3 from Bench. But in this performance, everyone was equal! If you saw how other teams and directors reactions when the unit announced, they’re shocked as almost half came from Bench. Changsub said, he made a strategic decision to safe the winning. This so hard for them as they had to accept how equally strong the whole Groove’s members were that allowed Changsub to choose from both Main and Bench; while their team had to relied heavily on Main team members.

well on this performance a lot of trainees are from the bench team, and in my opinion Junjin and Gangdong really shines in this performance together w/ Hanseo who are from the bench team, and I don't think that the others from the starting lineup of groove would do well the way Gangdong, Hanseo and Junjin especially did in this performance:)) (mas magaling for me si Gangdong and Junjin kesa kay Jeongwoo and Kenta when it comes to vocals sadyang mas marami talagang voters yung dalawa kaya sila nasa starting lineup 😅)

Agreed. The trainees are all good. Idk why do we need to argue, instead just enjoy the performances by each group and stop hating on the trainees. The live voters hear and see the performance directly. I also watched the fancam from the live audiences, groove team unit 1 live is a no joke. You can feel they are enjoying the stage, they sound amazing and the live audiences might also feel that way.

MosPick never disappoints, I love their songs in BTOB and Changsub's albums. I am just smiling while watching them coz I really felt their enjoyment in performing, no tension nor nervousness, they are sooo ready to debut now ! their voices are stable now. Hanseo's also an all-rounder too and look at his visual!!! I hope he debut too. Actually not all members of Groove are strong vocally but they keep on improving, Changsub's mentoring and direction is greatly visible in their performances. He's great in bringing out his players' strength and hide their weakness. What I like about them is, they all shine, the line distribution is all fair, choreography's not intense but engaging AND they are all enjoying their performances.

The reason why Team Groove is shining every performance, it's because they give us a refreshing stage everytime. All the members will shine on the stage and not just consistently giving the center to only one trainee, now we witnessed Junjin, Gangdong and Juwon as the center alongside with Han. The distribution of the lines itself is an art! The different voices of the boys gives the song such a good texture that tickles the ears. It's heard in the whole song but the first chorus 1:02 for example, the switch from Juwon to Park Han to Junjin to Kenta and then Gangdong is so satisfying. Han Seo's high part 3:04 was also refreshing to listen to towards the ending because that specific tune was sang by the distinct voices of Park Han and Jun jin in the previous parts of the song (plus Juwon's side profile while the camera zooms in to Han Seo's face was art!!). Like Director Ten said, Juwon still has the "Rhythm " vibe but his husky voice gave this song a new texture like 2:34 followed by Hee jun's low and calming voice which made the bridge so good to listen to! 🎉 This easily became one of my favorite song/performance in the show ❤

I'm so proud of you all Team Groove. You deserved it congratulations. The thing that Groove keep winning because of the fair distribution you can see all of them shine and all of them is center. And Lee Changsub really good when it comes to choosing song for his kids. His coaching really the best cause seeing Heejun can be vocalist even in prison I'm amazed and Hanseo. Junjin and Gangdong shined, and Park Han ofcourse his so damn good. Like he hug CS first cause he felt warm that CS always assured them to just enjoy and do what they usually do, when they practiced. The hand mic, is really hard to practice, mostly to thos who didn't have a chance cause you dance at the same time and moving while singing, so I'm so proud of you all. To the haters, i don't think you can hate this performance. Theirs no abs here, no crack voice they performed sing and dance and they're synchronized...I'm so so proud of these trainees, you worked hard and you all deserved the win. 💚💚💚💚

You can definitely see Lee Changsub’s forward thinking in this perf Firstly, hello, Gangdong and Junjin are revelations! They wore the same clothes! You will need to focus more on their voices and really know who is singing, therefore it will make more impact in your memory. Team groove’s main vocal - Park Han is mostly on the side with Gangdong and Junjin in the center with Hanseo and Heejun taking turn with the verses. Hmm nice! I am mostly team Rythym but Director Changsub’s intention with Groove’s perf is very noticeable!
