This is also happened in our healthcare system. I am a healthcare worker and I knew there is a lot of sexual harassment among healthcare worker. Don't be surprise that most of these sexual offender are doctors or even consultant. Unfortunately 99% of these cases were dismissed as those victim doctor was threatened by their superior (HOD) not to report police as they try to keep this issue low. All these superiors will do is simply transfer out the perpetrator to other state and assume everything will be alright.
