Easy cooking for students or beginners:
Step by step recipe to make the chapathi or roti (indian flatbread).
Ingredients
=========
- Whole wheat flour or Indian Atta (check out my comparison video to see which one is better).
- Salt
- Water
- Butter or Ghee (Optional)
Equipment
========
- Rolling pin
- Chapathi board (or do it on your kitchen platform)
- Pan/Frying pan/griddle
Cooking time for 10 chapathis
==========
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
(Do both in parallel to reduce time).
