Thank you for this information, for this particular scholarship the general deadline is may 25th but it seems departments have individual deadlines and that of international students differ from Canadian students, so must one adhere to the department's date? My second question is ; can one write letter of expression of interest to more than one professor in a department for a PhD program or is it advisable to just stick to one professor?

Seems like this scholarship is a non renewable one whereas, students would be required to search for other funding opportunities in subsequent years

Official transcript from unlisted college 5. Recommendation letters (3) Please what does International financial document mean? I need clarity on this please.

Financial statements. If you have money in your bank account or anyone or company sponsoring you. Also, there. Is different between apply direct to the university by your self. 2. The scholarship application you made,then apply for you.3. you apply for both ,or apply to university first then apply scholarship
