I applied for admission om basis of hope certificate but now i have to enroll myself but there is still one month left until i receive my final Semester result so should i proceed witb hope certificate and provide degree at time of enrollment only or should i wait now ....cause i have heard sometimes it takes 2-3 months for university to send summary to embassy

Bologna don't take that much time to forward your summary so try to complete your documents soon otherwise you will miss this intake.

i have secured pre-enrollment in bologna for bioinformatics now if i enroll myself in university would i automatically get scholarship or i have to apply for scholarship separately and in both cases how much scholarship would i get?

Yes the scholarship calls will be open in end of june or start of july and i will be the regional scholarship and you have to apply for it separately, amount is about 7600 euros yearly.
