For the syllabus, it's better not to put the student copy. Check if it is mandatory for your selected course, and if it is, you can make it..and for the recommendation, you have to merge them and upload

@Andycomputer1 thank you...you can get it from your university online service for your course, but if you don't you can make it by yourself...its like you provide a table with the list of the courses you take and their objectives and some information...

Tirsit how you doin, does grade matters for masters applicants? Got really close to 3.0 cgpa and got no English proficiency, am graduating this year in BSc of software eng..... Waiting your answer

Grades can also be a consideration for the application, but the other documents you provide will be more effective too .... with your GPA, you are eligible for most Italian universities.. so go for it and apply
