Universities suppose to be an adults education without restrictions period.

That’s an illusion; when you get your degree and get hired, your company will probably have dress code or company dress policy. You not going to tell your boss I’m an adult. Freedom is overrated and always come with double standards.

You can not wear your swimming suit to the school. You can't wear your panties. You follow the school rules.
@Niikoteikotey3 жыл бұрын
Jamani, I don’t think in the video I heard anyone mention wearing swim suits, panties and whatever to school. Majority of the university population are rational beings and know what is right and wrong. The point here is that it is an international setting and the rules must be flexible to accommodate anyone from any cultural background. You will understand better if even as a guy you’re denied wearing shorts in the hostel.
@upendomalaika3 жыл бұрын
This video was is comparison between two universities and my personal experience with UDSM. My experience about the school is from my point of view. And, I’m a thinking being who knows that swimming suits can’t be worn to class. Even if there’s a pool in the school, I’m not going to wear a swimsuit to school. You’d understand it better if you go to a new environment far from home where you were not informed about certain rules and you’d have to spend your money on stuff like this. So dear, this is not change school rules, rather to enlighten others on what to expect in some universities and prepare for things like this.
@niiamu33003 жыл бұрын
@@upendomalaika, They have their point of view too. What is done in each place is ok. Your point of view is relative from where you come from. By the way lots of illiterates are completing university of Legon.
@niiamu33003 жыл бұрын
@@upendomalaika, Most graduates from legon can not apply what they learnt. Science students can't do research to solve problems in Ghana. Engineering students can not use what they learnt to develop new technologies to solve problems in Ghana. The point is ask yourself the question. What is the purpose of going to university and not able to apply the knowledge. Uselessness!
@therealsika3 жыл бұрын
@@niiamu3300 Apparently, you are pained because the video is not that deep my love. It was just shot to show a slight comparison between the two schools, the things Upendo experienced there for the one academic year she studied there and just mere vibes from both countries. It is not that serious for you to be hammering your thoughts on us here and there, that’s lame my guy. If you had a brother or a sister who practiced engineering and is selling roasted plantains on the road side now, it is his problem because he wasn’t serious. I personally know graduates from the UG with all forms of engineering backgrounds working and practicing in high end institutions even without their masters degree so basically you are PAINED because it didn’t work for you, your girlfriend / boyfriend or sibling. Don’t spoil the vibe, just enjoy the video, learn a thing or two from it, if not, just move on to another video, no need to transfer your hunger and aggression on us, the viewers, Duh .. Huwezi kuwafanya wengine wasikie vibaya kwa sababu tu unajisikia vibaya. Nani alikuwa anasimamia socialization yako? hata umemaliza chuo gani? Tafadhali acha upuuzi huu, fanya kama muungwana! ambayo hata sidhani kama wewe ni. Tuache!! nenda utazame ponografia au katuni, unaihitaji
