Hey, do you know something about st vicent’s place and st george’s flats? They are en-suite citty accomodations but a little bit cheaper than allen court.

Heyy, sorry, I do not know much about them. I know only st Vincent studios are available,e for undergrads and those are really expensive and St George flats are super close to uni.

City is closer to campus than Endcliffe and generally looks more modern. I would say city is better for that but Endcliffe has a larger student population

Hey! I'm moving into Crewe next month, the bed in the video looked a little over a single- more like a 3/4? is that so? and if it is are all beds in crewe that size?

Hii👋 I wouldn’t say there is a specific accommodation that most international students tend to live in because we really are everywhere but I’ll say I noticed a significant amount in Allen court :)

I did a few times. The food was still good. I remember there was a point where they just had a lot of bread in there and that was where I was getting my daily bread😂

AVOID ALLEN COURT AT ALL COST!!! I have the WORST and MOST INCONSIDERATE neighbours - playing speakers at so loud volume, it affects my peace and concentration for studying. When I reported to management, they said the loud volume is acceptable and "normal living noise". But it is not "normal living noise" - it happens almost 4 times a week!! The management even accused me for harassing and bullying my neighbour instead. The management is racist and terribly rude when discussing with them on this issue. They will BLAME YOU for all the complains you make, even asking you to move out!! DON'T STAY IN ALLEN COURT. Based on my friends' review, I recommend: 1) Cosmos 2) Vita 3) Aspect3 4) Hollis Croft JUST STAY AWAY FROM ALLEN COURT. I am sharing from my very, very terrible experience!!! THE WALLS HERE ARE EXTREMELY PAPER-THIN and the ROOM IS SO SMALL that you hear your neighbour just talking on the phone. There is NO PRIVACY AND PEACE. THE WORST IS THE MANAGEMENT - GO CHECK OUT GOOGLE REVIEWS TO SEE OTHER PEOPLE'S TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM.

@@byronkesol okay so I recently got an offer to sheffield(international college) and I'm looking for a scholarship. But the only thing I've seen are the petty dicounts which range from 1000-3000GSP. So I'm wondering if you came across any, doesn't necessarily have to be from the school itself but I'm sure you know what I mean.

Unfortunately, I don’t know of any scholarships to the international college:( but there are from the international college to the university.

I usually work with the uni because I feel like they are the best employer👀 and generally, I don’t like manual labour.

As for uni choice for medicine, that really depends on what you can afford. If you can, Oxford/Cambridge would be great. You can check the uni league tables and decide from there.
