I have completed bachelors in Mechanical engineering with 8.1 cgpa and got 6.5 in IELTS does it enough to get into this course or do I need any experience, and any other requirements...?

I have a CGPA of 7.5. I want to get into Mechatronics masters degree in Germany too. But in the video the speaker says anything above 9 only. Will I be able to get into any college in Germany or not with this gpa?
