Yes they’ll give you respective scholarships but you’ll have to apply directly from their university’s website and also once you get the offer letter only after that you have to pay tuition fee and half portion of the full amount is acceptable

Yes .. it’s not very hard.. initially you’ll have bit trouble because of totally different environment but studies here are easy as compared to india
