It missed the point. The point is that most people aren't as tempted as someone like Arnold. It isn't just about being a man because most men do not have tons of women trying to have sex with them. They are lucky if they can get their wives or even some privacy to jerk it. A similar situation is when a woman actor is tempted to sleep with an exec to land a movie. It's much easier to say "No" when someone isn't waving a suitcase of money in your face.

It's not about being clever. It's about the government. Family court is big business for the state/attorneys. There are men who's DNA evidence shows are not the father of a child, yet are being ordered to pay child support. In many instances their names are forged on birth certificates or they allowed the woman to move in for a certain length of time. If your mum were conned out of her pension by a scammer, would you celebrate them for being clever? Anyway, great reaction!!🤣🤣

It's worse than that. A scammer is clever, at least. There's nothing clever, witty, or diifficult about spreayding legs and suycking diycks. It's that the government says that allows you to take 50% of a person's lifetime of wealth (plus monthly disbursements) without the accuser proofing they are owed any of it, It's just assumed "she's owed at least that much because vajyna privlege." If we went to a bank (or our employer) and said "I'm taking you you court. You paid me for those jobs, but I also did other jobs deseving salary equal to half your store's annual income. And no, i don't have receipts or time slips or any proof I did the work. I was here, standing arond in the building, so that's proof enough." idiocy. if it's marriage, the same exact standard and assumptions applies by default, zero proof or evidence needed. The scam is the law. There's nothing clever about a woe-man receivinng money that the government steals for her.

He's right. The average man produces anywhere from 12 to 17 times more testosterone (the chemical mostly responsible for stimulating your libido) than the average woman. Women weightlifters who were caught using steroids (which is synthetic testosterone) would complain about always thinking about and wanting sex when taking the stuff. I liked your reaction. It’s biological male programming. Men are "designed" to be ready, willing and able to spread their seed without a care. Which is also why throughout most of history, polyamory was regular. Men do not bond through sex as easily as women do. Women will only sleep with who they WANT, while men will sleep with who they CAN. Men can bond over intimacy if it’s the same partner over a long period, but overall men aren’t designed to bond romantically the same way as women. This is why nowadays like 90%+ of women are chasing the top 10% of guys, and those guys don’t have to settle because every woman wants them. So we now get a bunch of women hitting the wall around age 30 after riding the c*** carousel for over a decade, realizing they can never get these guys. And then they "settle" for some less worthwhile simp willing to take them on, and this man will be treated like a lesser being because it’s not who she wanted, but who she could get in the end. Women control access to the bedroom, but men control access to relationships. DO NOT allow some used-up CC-rider make you her 109th choice. You’ll be misserable.
@BFrydell

As a psychology student, I can tell you that Bill makes real points here. It's not that average men are better at dealing with temptation than famous men are. It's that average men have much less temptation to deal with at all. How would we react if we were suddenly given the opportunity to fuck whoever we want? We have no idea whatsoever and, therefore, we can't assume that it *should* be easy for someone wildly successful to act responsibly. Not that they shouldn't act responsibly. But it probably isn't as easy for successful men to act responsibly as it is for no-name people like us to do so.

“Women are just clever for doing it.” I think that’s what he’s addressing. It’s not the women who are taking advantage of it who are at fault imo. It’s that the system allows it. My favorite point that he makes, that I think explains this well is the: “100 years ago I could beat you with a mop handle and say ‘that’s what the law says’ doesn’t mean it’s right.” It’s more the laws that need to be changed imo. There’s male gold diggers too, but I don’t think anyone, of either sex should be entitled to someone’s money just for having sex with them. Just seems barbaric.

As I get older, I've been keeping track of the broads who shouted the longest and loudest about being "strong" "powerful" etc, (which actual strong, powerful people never actually do). And in most cases, they spent virtually their entire physical, baby-making prime, 18-30...adopting an anti-man ideology, only to end up 30 something, with nothing to offer a man except a bad attitude, and 2 "paths" that have been well-traveled. But hey, at least they pretended to be "powerful" as they wasted their physical attractiveness tho. ;-)

If there was true equality, not just socially but legally as well, and men were allowed to not just act the way women do, but also to treat women the way women treat men - maybe there would be less women abusing 'the system'. In our day and age one would think the world would have become a more fair, equal and civilized place, yet it has become stacked against men due to an overcompensation of the societies that was in place a 100 years ago. And none of those who has at least some influence on the public, seems to care enough about it to address it and try to get it sorted out.

Prenuptial agreements are being routinely thrown out in court, the reason often cited is that they were originally signed under "duress." As in, the man would only marry the woman if she signed the contract, hence it qualifies as "duress." So, now that this is a precedent, the risk is far too high compared with the reward. Until women as a group enact change, rather than quietly continue to benefit from this system, it will not change.

Not to worry women. Equality has educated men as well. Dont expect the paycheck from men in the way you used to get them. We've learned from the system as well and have employed multiple strategies protecting what WE work for and build. Welcome to equality. Enjoy.

Not to mention that a lot of divorce court judges in the U.S.A. throw out legal prenups and refuse to consider them if they have a bias against men. And it is considered fair for a woman to be squirrelling away money from her husband, but if a man does it to his wife it is considered as "hiding assets".

By California law, if a marriage is less than 10yrs, alimony is restricted to ½ the length of the marriage, after 10 years it's wide open for arguments. That 85% thing isn't the same 85% for every guy so that's pretty close to 100% coverage.

Couverture - women were given legal rigjts over their own assets and earnings in marriage. When will men be given equal rights? Alimony, community property etc. Men have zero levels rights to their own property.

In some states a prenup can be thrown out. You two are very aware of alot but there is always room for more info. Bill Burr is a genius of his craft. Great video
@chriswhinery925

In any state a prenup can be thrown out. Judges have wide latitude in determining whether or not a contract is valid. In any state you go to a woman can claim that she felt pressured when signing the prenup as the man wouldn't marry her without it and then depending on the judge they may or may not consider that a valid argument. I'm sure it's a lot more common in some states than others but in any state you could potentially get a judge who is sympathetic to the duress argument and use it as a reason to tear up the prenup. The correct answer in this day and age is don't get married and don't even move in with a girl since if you live together for too long the State will consider you married for all legal intents and purposes.

I really liked your reactions; appalled at yourselves for finding it funny. Bill speaks truths and people hate him for it. He was called a White Supremacist because him marrying an African American woman was him living out a "Slave Master" fantasy. I shit you not. Anyway, try to sort out your sound levels, echo/distortion. Subbed. Come for the thumbnail, stay for the accent.

"I'm not a man. Maybe we don't understand from their perspective." Exactly. You cannot. No more than we (males/men) can truly fully understand what women think, what temptations they face, and what causes them to falter at certain points. While I cringe thinking how both of your more gentile ears are being assaulted by Bill's very frank, crude if you will, down to earth method of communicaring these facts of life. If you can get past this and grasp what the actual 'takeaway' points are that Bill is laying out herein. It may well be worth the moments that are cringe worthy. He will be getting even more 'real' in a moment.

I don't understand why anyone would think lying is especially clever. It's not. It's easy and in many cases the first thing you wanna do. It just shows how much of a narcissist you are to screw over someone trying to simply live their life and think you're somehow smart for doing it.

The "real" dad would be pushed aside and the guy would still have to pay for the kid that's not his. There are all female talk shows laughing about the guy that was mutilated by his wife. Then the (female) hosts started saying he MUST have done something to deserve it (the guy wanted a divorce). Yet society hammers the msg of : "there is NO Reason to hit a women".
